Well, since I love these little Schnibbles patterns so much, I decided I may as well do as many as possible right? I have 2 more kitted up to do anytime. This one uses the April Cornell fabrics by Moda called Portugal. They are so pretty. Oh, this pattern is called Gentle Art, and is also by Miss Rosie's Quilt Company (same as my red and white quilt).
I made this for my friend Megan, who is moving away this week. I am going to really miss her. She is such a sweetheart. I wish her all the best.
So, some of you asked how Mark painted that beetle bug (see post below). Jessie held it on her finger and it just sat there the whole time, it didn't even try to run. I think it knew that it was hopeless LOL! My husband is full of things like this, it's never boring at my house... EVER.

What a wonderful quilt thi is. Congratulations on finishing it. And thanks for the link to Schnibbels!
What a fabulous gift! I love the pattern/fabrics/colors!!! How on earth do you churn those quilts out so quickly???
LOL well I am addicted to her patterns too including the schnibbles ones. It is gorgeous by the way
The quilt is wonderful. It is a delight to see how you used the Portugal line for this quilt design. I love designing fabrics for Moda, and one of the best parts is seeing the creativity to turn them into your own artwork.

Love that quilt and especially the colors.
I am sorry that you are losing your friend. That is always hard. She will have a lovely memory of you in that quilt.
What a gorgeous quilt!! Well, two quilts--the one in the previous post is wonderful, too! Love the pics of the kids!
I just love the colors on this quilt! Very homey feeling and what a great design too! Will I ever get started on my quilting again?
