Crafting ADD Strikes again

I have crafters ADD, I can't focus on any one thing for more than 20 minutes, and it's starting to drive me batty! Here's a photo that I took 2 minutes ago of my sewing studio... or kitchen table, whatever the time of day it is...
I am making placemats out of my Shangri-la fabric scraps for my Grandma. I am still quilting my big Amy Butler quilt, the pebble quilting, it's taking forever... And 3rd grade math homework is in there too...
Did you guys see Brenda over at Pumpkin Patch Primitives Quilt Shoppe is having a super awesome giveaway??? You have to go and check it out!
This big stack of pretty fabrics is calling my name to make something out of them...I've got to get my Cindy Louwho quilt quilted too... I've got the backing made, here is the top done! I'll be stipple quilting this one for sure, no pebble quilting on it :P
How on earth will I get anything done when there is too much to work on right now LOL! Oh the problems we have. Yes, I'm working on Shores of Hawk Run Hollow, slowly but surely the tombstone is getting done. In other awesome news at my house, I started working Part Time!!! I am so happy about this. I'll be home when the kids get done with school now. I've worked Full Time ever since I've been married, and it's been hard, but now hopefully life will be better for us. This is the first week so far, and so far I love it. I feel like I'm skipping school when I leave work at 2:00 now, it's awesome.

I came looking for the POST on the giveaway...where did you put that??? Remember not to put it on your sidebar!
But anyway, I saw this...Sandy is working on this. She is making it in Xmas colors! I so love the Americana look too. If I could stand piecing I would join but the thought of all that piecing gives me hives, LOL!

Looks like you (and I!!!) need to "feng shui" our crafting projects. I can just feel ALL those little tentacles REACHING out to me saying, "Pick me, pick me!" :) I am currently working on a doll quilt, a twirly skirt, two other quilts, some pincushions, a Halloween treat bag, a bunch of cards, some scrapbooking... I really don't know how you find time to work, full- or part-time!

You may have stitching ADD but what beautiful projects you have on the go.
Congrats on changing to part time. It will help with the list of projects.

I have the same disorder! I feel so overwhelmed with all my projects I don't know how I'll possibly get them all done!
Everything in looking great. Keep going, it will be worth it.
I love all of the quilts you are working on!
Take Care and good luck. Maybe working part time will help you get more done.

Beautiful work on your quilts! They all look so nice! I know what you mean about the ADD - I've been feeling it too lately. Trying to hunker down and get some stuff actually finished! So glad you are enjoying part time!!!!

Hmmm... I think crafter's ADD is part of the process of being creative - we all go through periods of suffering from "I need to work on this, this and this, but not sure which one to prioritize" - you have some gorgeous projects on that table - have lots of FUN!

I think Crafter and ADD are two things that go together automatically. If you don't have it--or work hard at suppressing the ADD part of it--you are somebody that just dabbles in "hobbies". Your projects are GORGEOUS!! Love the new fabrics, too. Congrats on going part time!
