A confessed Neptune Hoarder

I love the Neptune fabric line.  There are a lot of us "Neptune Hoarders" out there, you know who you are!  We are as bad as the Flea Market Fancy hoarders haha!  When Neptune came out in 2009, I bought a lot of it.  It's right up my alley with the aqua, green, and sea theme.  Now, it's all sold out and hard to find.  Tula Pink designed it for Moda, and she now designs fabric for Free Spirit.  How do I know all this?  Because I love Miss Tula's fabric.
I have made a Schnibbles quilt using Neptune, the pattern is called X-Rated.
Cute right?  I gave it to my friend Charissa, who likes ocean themed stuff as much as I do.  I pulled out my Neptune fabric a few weeks ago, I want to make something with it so badly!  Last year I came across this quilt, it was on some brochure I got in the mail.  I loved it.  It uses Neptune in the blue/green colors.
So, I had that pattern, and I pulled it out.  It's by Miss Rosie's Quilt Company called Radio Flyer.

This book has been great.  I've used patterns from it to make Stella Blue and American Pie.  Great book Carrie!!  Instead of going with just the blue/green colors (which I love, but have plenty of blue and green quilts) I added coral pinks to it too.  Since Tula Pink's new line Prince Charming matches so nicely, I added that in as well.
I've started cutting up the fabrics!  YAY!!!  I think this is going to be an awesome quilt.  It feels good to be using this fabric that I've loved for so long.  What fabrics are you hoarding??? I know you do, come on!

I'm hoarding my Rosalie Quinlan fabrics...they're SO pretty... I have FQBs of both of her lines and I can't cut them! I have an idea brewing...but still haven't committed to it yet.

I have been hoarding some Boutique fabric by Chez Moi. I am going to make a quilt for myself, but I have not decided what the design will be.

OMG you're giving me a case of the willies...I made the Radio Flyer quilt some years back...it was so much work I came to hate it. Yours looks good but matching all those little seam lines especially those side angles is very tedious! Never again for me LOL. That is a lovely line of fabric though, no wonder you are hoarding it!
