Quilty Fun Sampler Quilt, week one

I've decided to join in on a quilt along!  There is a new book out by Lori Holt, over at Bee in my Bonnet.  I love her work so much, it's ADORABLE.  I purchased the book Quilty Fun right when it was released, and was so happy to see she was doing a sampler quilt along.
