Aqua Centre Quilt

I picked up the book Making Quilts by Kathy Doughty and loved the pattern Red Centre.  It was so versatile, and would look good in any color combination.  I decided to go with aqua (big surprise!).  I used a lot of Cotton + Steel and Architextures fabric, with a lot of low volume scraps.  This quilt was really easy to make, and I ended up adding a few rows to make it bigger.

I had fun quilting big loops on it using my friend Beth's longarm machine.  I'd love a longarm, but we'd have to sleep on the couch in order to make room for one haha!
