WIP day

Hi there! I hope you all have been keeping busier than me :D I am recovered from being sick finally. I am still totally exhausted, but I am getting better every day. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy...

So, this week I get to post pictures of my WIP (work in process) for the two stitch a longs I am doing.

Here is my progress on Old McMary's. I haven't worked on it for almost a year so here is where I left off...

And here is what I did yesterday on it. Red, red and more red :D

This is my progress on Bent Creek Snapperville.

Fun fun! I've been getting a lot done on my Star Lights quilt. Just a lot of chain piecing. I only have one more corner to do on each sqaure, which means sewing over 280 pieces together, but still... that is great! I may have this quilt done sooner than I thought.

I hope you all had a nice weekend :D

Goodness girl I hope you are feeling better soon. It sure puts a crimp in crafting mode. I love "The Cape" and you did a beautiful job. I am a lighthouse nut and will have to add that to my someday list.
Love your chicken runner. I did a set of placemats for my sister using that same fabric with an appliqued rooster in the center. Isn't that fabric fun.

Nice work on your WIP's! Sorry to hear you've been so sick. Make sure to get lots of rest so you can get over it. Mom's are usually the last to look after themselves.

Hi Heather! Oh it's good that you're feeling better already, it's not nice at all to be sick! I really do hope that you're completely recovered by now. We're still sick here, but getting better.

Oh I just LOVE the tablerunner you made for Marie, it's such a beauty! Good luck for sewing the skirt and dress, I used to sew lots of clothes earlier. Your WIPs looks wonderful too. Have a very happy weekend!

Your fabric will make up beautifully. Hate when I wake up and figure out the month is almost over!Kind of like this month.Maybe its because of the crazy weather?
