Trying out "pebble" quilting

Thank you for leaving such nice comments about the little Schnibbles quilt, you are all SO nice :) The quilts are really fun to make, I encourage you to try them out! I can't wait to see what we are making next month.
I've been inspired by several blogs lately regarding a new quilting technique. They call it Pebble quilting. I usually stipple quilt my quilts, by using a meandering pattern all over it. Pebble quilting consists of little continuous circles all over. I of course, dove right in on a HUGE quilt. I am never easy on myself... This quilt is a kit I bought from Hollyhill Quilt Shoppe. It is made up of Amy Butler fabrics, and I love it! Here is my quilting so far...And this is the back... so fun!
Here are several of the blogs I got my inspiration from. Try it out, you'll love it!
Handmade by Alissa ~ she made a video even!

Your quilts are so pretty Heather...just gorgeous! Is your sewing machine a free arm or just a regular one?

I love that quilt and the quilting looks like it would be fun to do with great results. Are you just using a regular sewing machine? I give you tons of credit if you are. I cheat and send mine out!

Thanks for the link to the video on Pebble Quilting, I had not heard of that. I don't like to machine quilt without my walking foot so I am not sure that I would be very successful at this but it sure looks good!
You are doing so much quilting, wow! Do you find time to cross stitch?

Your quilts are so darling! So sorry I've been off the radar for a while. Hope is going well for you. I love the schnibble patterns. They are the perfect size!
Take Care.

Thanks for showing the quilt with the Amy Butler fabrics. My daughter loves them, but I've been afraid to use them next to each other since I thought it would make the quilt look too busy. Yours is perfect and gives me some ideas on how I can put these together.

I appreciate that you showed a great close-up of the back, where the pebble quilting is more easily seen. I just saw this on a Jacob's Ladder quilt and was intrigued to know more. I liked the video - I may have to try this!

Lovely quilt again. The Pebble...Has it something to do with the quilting part? If I see right, the quilting part consists those circles. Not the printed ones but the quilted ones. You sure have the skills!
