Double Take Quilt Top

Have you ever just had sat down and put stacks of fabrics together, for fun?  I know that you have!  I love doing this, and always have a few stacks on my work table for me to get creative with.  This stack finally became a quilt top!
My friends and I meet a few times a month to sew, and we all decided to do our own take on a snowball - 9 patch quilt.  I decided to use the pattern by Thimble Blossoms, called Double Take.  I love Camille's patterns, they are always really easy to follow.
I thought it needed a border, and I still had a lot of fabric to use, so I made a piano key border using the blue fabrics.
I went and picked up fabric for the back last weekend, so I can start getting it quilted soon, I love this quilt so much, the colors are so soothing.
I can't wait to see what my friends have come up with for their quilts!!!
